Inauguration Ceremony at Madhya Pradesh Startup Summit 2026 – Chikitsayam
The Madhya Pradesh Startup Summit 2026, held in Bhopal, marked a significant milestone in strengthening the innovation and startup ecosystem of the state. The grand inauguration ceremony brought together policymakers, government officials, startup leaders, incubators, investors, and social innovation organizations on one common platform. Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated in this prestigious state-level event, representing its vision of accessible, technology-driven healthcare guidance and social health innovation. The presence of Chikitsayam at the inauguration reflects its alignment with national and state initiatives supporting Startup India, MSME development, digital health, and community-centric solutions. This inauguration ceremony symbolized the government’s commitment to empowering innovators, social enterprises, and healthcare-focused startups that work at the grassroots level. Through platforms like the Madhya Pradesh Startup Summit, organizations such as Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan gain opportunities to collaborate with institutions, hospitals, incubators, and public health stakeholders to scale impact-driven healthcare navigation models. The event reaffirmed Chikitsayam’s mission to bridge the gap between citizens and healthcare services by leveraging digital systems, community operators, and structured health guidance frameworks, especially in rural and semi-urban India.
Implementation of the Smart Health Navigation Ecosystem
After developing the core medical technology framework, the Health Navigation System was gradually implemented as a complete ecosystem. A dedicated website and digital portal were launched to support registrations, coordination, and service navigation. Alongside this, a structured family health card system was introduced, enabling organized identification, eligibility mapping, and guided healthcare access. Field teams and staff members actively supported on-ground implementation through surveys, card distribution, and community onboarding across villages. A dedicated call center was established to assist beneficiaries with health guidance, hospital coordination, and follow-ups. Healthcare facilities were progressively connected to the system, forming a growing medical service network. This integrated model combined technology, human support, local access points, and community trust—allowing the Health Navigation System to function as a practical, scalable, and responsible healthcare support mechanism at the grassroots level.
Innovation, Incubation & National Platforms: The Chikitsayam MSME Journey
Following the formal registration of the organization and its recognition under Startup India and Udyam, Chikitsayam initiated its innovation journey on national platforms through structured presentations and institutional evaluations. The concept was submitted to the MSME Innovation Hackathon platform, where it was shortlisted after online assessment and invited for presentation at the incubation center of IPS Academy, Indore. The initiative was presented before domain experts, mentors, and external observers, focusing on smart health navigation, accessibility, and community impact. The proposal progressed through multiple evaluation stages, reflecting its relevance and implementation potential. Parallelly, local and regional media coverage highlighted the journey, strengthening public visibility and trust. The organization continues to engage with incubation, innovation dialogues, and national forums while awaiting final outcomes, reinforcing its commitment to responsible, research-driven healthcare innovation.
Community-Based Cervical Cancer Research & Screening Program in Collaboration with AIIMS Bhopal
Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan, in collaboration with the Department of Biochemistry, AIIMS Bhopal, implemented a large-scale community-based Cervical Cancer Awareness and Screening Program integrating research, innovation, and rural healthcare delivery. As part of a pilot initiative across more than 50 villages, over 800 women were screened free of cost using an advanced multi-biomarker diagnostic kit developed by AIIMS Bhopal, capable of detecting premalignant and malignant cervical lesions up to 5–6 years in advance. The program focused on awareness generation, sample collection, early diagnosis, and guided referral for timely treatment. The initiative received institutional recognition and was also featured in a national news publication, further strengthening public trust and credibility of the collaborative research-driven approach.
Community Health Awareness & CPR Life-Saving Initiative by Chikitsayam
As part of its early outreach initiatives, Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan launched large-scale health awareness and CPR training programs across villages, schools, Anganwadi centers, temples, colleges, and public gathering places. With rising cases of sudden cardiac arrest and lifestyle-related health emergencies, the need for basic life-saving knowledge became critical at the community level. To address this gap, Chikitsayam mobilized trained medical professionals, external doctors, and its own health team to conduct free CPR demonstrations, emergency response training, and preventive health awareness sessions. These programs focused on educating citizens about heart attack response, first aid, government health schemes, and timely medical guidance. Through direct community engagement and hands-on training, Chikitsayam strengthened public health preparedness and laid the foundation for a structured Health Awareness and Smart Health Navigation ecosystem rooted in trust, education, and social responsibility.
“From Village Surveys to Lifesaving Care – The Beginning of Chikitsayam”
These photographs mark the origin of Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan, when our journey began at the grassroots level. Nearly one year ago, our team conducted village-to-village health surveys to understand the real challenges faced by rural families in accessing healthcare. The core issue identified was the absence of proper medical guidance—people did not know which hospital to visit, how to access government health schemes, or where to seek timely treatment. In response, Chikitsayam was established as a health guidance and navigation initiative, not a hospital. During this initial phase, patients were manually guided from villages to hospitals and supported in accessing free and appropriate treatment. These efforts later became the foundation of the Chikitsayam Smart Health Navigation System, built on trust, ground reality, and human service.
