These Terms & Conditions govern the registration and vacancy application process for candidates applying through the official digital platform of Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan and its associated healthcare, employment, and social service projects.

By completing the registration form, verifying contact details, and applying for any vacancy, the candidate confirms that they have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated below.

1. Candidate Registration Process

• The candidate must complete the online registration form with accurate personal, educational, and contact details.
• Mandatory information may include name, address, district, state, educational qualification, identity details, email ID, and mobile number.
• After successful submission, a unique Username and Password shall be generated for the candidate.
• Email ID and mobile number verification through OTP or other authentication methods is compulsory.

2. Accuracy of Information & Qualification Details

• The candidate declares that all information provided, including educational qualifications, experience, certificates, and documents, is true and authentic.
• The registration is being done solely for the purpose of applying for employment, project-based roles, or social health initiatives.
• Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to immediate rejection of the application without notice.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

• All personal and professional data submitted by the candidate shall be securely stored in the Chikitsayam digital system.
• Candidate information will be used only for registration, verification, examination, interview, training, project allocation, and official communication purposes.
• The institution does not sell or misuse candidate data and follows internal data protection protocols.

4. Vacancy Application Process

• After successful registration, the candidate may apply for any available vacancy listed on the portal.
• Each vacancy may have specific eligibility criteria, selection stages, and requirements.
• Applying for a vacancy does not guarantee selection, employment, or appointment.

5. Examination, Assessment & Interview

• Depending on the vacancy, candidates may be required to appear for online or offline examinations, assessments, or interviews.
• Performance in examination and interview shall determine eligibility for the next stage.
• The decision of Chikitsayam regarding evaluation and selection shall be final and binding.

6. Application / Processing Fee

• Certain vacancies may require payment of an application or processing fee.
• Such fees are charged towards examination management, digital infrastructure, verification, and administrative processing.
• All fees once paid are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

7. Nature of Opportunity

• Vacancies advertised through the portal may be project-based, contractual, voluntary, or service-oriented in nature.
• These opportunities do not constitute a permanent or government job unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Misconduct & Disqualification

• Any attempt to manipulate the system, submit fake documents, or engage in unfair practices will result in disqualification.
• The institution reserves the right to cancel registration or candidature at any stage of the process.

9. Modification of Terms

• Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication on the portal.

10. Final Declaration by Candidate

I hereby declare that the information provided by me is correct and complete. I understand that registration and vacancy application do not guarantee selection. I agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions of Chikitsayam Manav Seva Sansthan.
