By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.


1. Definitions

  • Company: ASHISH THAKRE CHIKITSAYAM MANAV SEVA SANSTHAN PRIVATE LIMITED.

  • User: Any natural/legal person accessing or using the Services.

  • Hospital Partners: Verified/accredited hospitals associated for patient referrals.

  • Swasthya Mitra: Trained representatives assisting in awareness, data support, and patient guidance (not medical practitioners).

  • Services: Healthcare facilitation, patient referrals, awareness programs, Ayushman Bharat support, family health cards, community/IVR support, consultancy, and educational/digital health-tech services.


2. Scope of Services

  • Verification/accreditation of hospitals.

  • Facilitating patients under government schemes.

  • Organizing health camps & awareness drives.

  • Deployment of Swasthya Mitras in rural/urban areas.

  • Patient support, guidance, and referrals.

  • Digital services only — no physical goods are sold.

Disclaimer: The Company is not a hospital and does not provide direct clinical treatment. All treatment is provided by independent Hospital Partners/doctors.


3. Eligibility

  • Individual Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.

  • Hospitals/institutional Users must hold proper authorizations and comply with regulations.


4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information.

  • Use Services lawfully and ethically.

  • Maintain confidentiality of login/credentials.

  • Report unauthorized access immediately.


5. Hospital Partner Responsibilities

  • Maintain accreditation and quality standards.

  • Deliver ethical, timely, and lawful healthcare.

  • Inform Company of any certification/facility changes.

  • Comply with patient rights and regulations.


6. Payment Terms

  • Certain facilitation/referral services may involve nominal fees.

  • All charges must be paid as per agreed terms.

  • Late institutional payments may attract penalties or suspension.

GST Note: At present, Services are GST-exempt/non-applicable. If laws change, GST will be applied as per statute and invoices updated.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We provide digital services only; no shipping or delivery policy applies.

  • Refunds/cancellations (if applicable) are processed within 4 hours to a maximum of 1 business day from a verified request.

  • Refunds are credited only to the original payment source through RBI-regulated Payment Gateway.

  • Once a digital service is consumed/activated, refunds may not be possible except in case of technical failure, duplicate payment, or error.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Medical negligence/outcomes at partner hospitals.

  • Delays, errors, or omissions in hospital information.

  • Third-party ambulance timing/outcomes.

  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Liability is limited to the service fee paid (if any).


9. No Medical Advice

All information shared (website, Swasthya Mitras, awareness programs) is informational only and not medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals.


10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, logos, and graphics are Company IP unless otherwise indicated. Unauthorized reproduction/distribution is prohibited.


11. Data Privacy & Security

  • Use of Services implies consent to our Privacy Policy.

  • Aadhaar/e-KYC may be used for verification where required.

  • Sensitive personal/health data is processed only with explicit consent, per DPDP Act 2023.

  • We never sell or share data without authorization.


12. Electronic Communication

Users consent to receive updates via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-Platform notifications.


13. Termination of Services

We may suspend/terminate Services for violations. Users may request discontinuation, subject to dues clearance. Services may be modified/discontinued without prior notice.


14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, strikes, cyber incidents, etc.


15. Dispute Resolution

  • Initial efforts through negotiation.

  • Unresolved disputes referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Seat: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh | Language: English.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


17. Prohibited Uses & Compliance

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

  • Sale of prohibited goods/services, weapons, obscene content.

  • Any use breaching RBI, Payment Gateway, or legal rules.

  • Breach may result in suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
