As a healthcare facilitation company, we deliver services and support, not physical products.

 

Our key service delivery modes include:

 

  • Patient Facilitation and Referral: We assist patients in selecting the most suitable verified hospitals for their medical needs.

  • Ambulance Transportation: We provide ambulance facilities through our verified partners for emergencies and planned hospital visits.

  • Health Camps and On-Site Medical Assistance: We organize regular medical camps and field consultations in villages, towns, and cities.

  • Ayushman Bharat and Government Scheme Support: We assist in Ayushman card registration, verification, and hospital admission processes.

  • Swasthya Mitra Field Services: Our health associates collect local health data, provide guidance, and support patient transportation.

 

 

We ensure:

 

  • Prompt service initiation upon successful service booking and payment.

  • Transparent communication regarding expected timelines for service delivery.

Expected Timelines for Service Delivery:

Cancellation Policy

 

 

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel a service request.

 

Here’s how cancellations work:

 

 

a) Cancellation Before Service Initiation

 

 

  • Full refund of service charges if cancellation is requested before the service initiation (example: before ambulance dispatch or before referral confirmation).

  • Cancellation requests must be raised immediately via call: +91 87200 06162 or email: Director@chikitsayammanavsevasansthan.org.

 

 

 

b) Cancellation After Service Initiation

 

 

  • If the service has already been initiated (e.g., ambulance dispatched, hospital appointment fixed), a partial refund (up to 50%) may be possible.

  • No refund will be processed if:

     

    • Ambulance has reached the pick-up location.

    • Patient admission has been completed.

    • Consultation or support services have been rendered.

     

 

 


 

 

Important Points

 

 

  • Hospital Services: We are facilitators only. Hospital admissions, treatments, or medical fees are separate and governed by hospital-specific policies.

  • Third-Party Services: Delays or issues caused by hospitals, ambulance operators, or government agencies are beyond our direct control.

  • Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions may impact our ability to deliver services without liability.

 

 


 

 

Refund Timelines after Cancellation

 

 

Once a cancellation is accepted and refund is approved:

 

  • Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Refund will be made through the original mode of payment.

  • Any third-party payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
